Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will not be accepted for return.

If you're shipping back an item, you should expect to receive your refund within one week of return. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

If you need to return an item, please contact us before shipping at kbelmer@blackpearlsboutique.com / 844-773-2757. If item is returned without contacting us first your return will not be refundable. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed
